We don’t charge commission on sales, but if you’d like to make a donation to friends of ersm please do so either via the website or directly with one of our volunteers. We will put you in touch with someone who wants to buy (or sell) an instrument or a tuition book, but after we have put you in touch, it is up to you as to whether or not you strike a deal, and it is up to you to conclude that deal. In particular, we don’t act as agent for buyer or seller. We don’t make representations as to what is advertised for sale in the Market Place (whether as to its description, its condition, its value or whatever else) and we don’t accept any responsibility for the payment of any price or the delivery of any instrument or tuition book. Put simply, we don’t have any liability or responsibility to the buyer or seller and by your use of the Market Place you are deemed to accept that and to discharge us of any such liability or responsibility. |
