After some delay the dvd has now been posted.

It has been mastered according to the two main parts of the show so that the main menu shows the two halfs with a further sub-menu for this first part so that you can go directly to the band you want.

Thanks for your patience to those of you who ordered a DVD. And thanks to everyone who contributed their time in the final push to get it out.
